Analysis & Due Diligence:

CRES will perform an in-depth analysis of the gas station before you make a decision to purchase.  We have experience both on the outside as Insurance and Real Estate Agents as well as internal knowledge as a California gas station operator.  We will analyze many important factors such as location, traffic counts / patterns, surrounding population density, competition, and many other variables that will be important components of your decision.  Additionally, we will provide our brand or non-branded recommendations along with potential conversion opportunities with C-Stores or QSR’s such as 7-Eleven and Subway.  Upon inspection of the station we will provide you with our opinion of its business enterprise.  Upon completion, CRES will provide you with an estimated profit/loss projection you can use to make an informed decision to purchase at the right price.
